Washer	Inspect hoses for wear and tear, leaks, and age. Tighten hoses.
Dryer	Audible inspection and test air flow.
Cooktop	Inspect burners and switches for proper operation.
Wall Oven	Inspect elements and test digital components.
Range	Inspect all burners and elements. Test all switches and digital components.
Dishwasher	Clean filter and inspect hose connections.
Refrigerator	Audible inspection of fans, inspect water filter, inspect condenser coils.
Hot Water Heater	Inspect for any leaks.

Piece of Mind Plan

This is a standalone option or can be added as an add-on option to our HVAC Pro or MVP Plans

Washer	Visual inspection, wipe down gasket, check drain flow, leak inspection.
Dryer	Visual and audible inspection, check air flow at vent, test for proper temps.
Cooktop	Inspect burners and switches for proper operation.
Wall Oven	Inspect elements, fans, digital components, and test that the temperatures are accurate.
Range	Inspect burners, elements, fans, burner switches, digital components, and test that the oven temperatures are accurate.
Dishwasher	Inspect and tighten hoses, clean filter, and wipe down gasket.
Refrigerator	Visual and audible inspection, clean condenser coils, check filter, and test temperatures.
Hot Water Heater	Inspect and tighten hoses, inspect unit for leaks, test heating source.
